By completing a purchase on the website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. The customer must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to make a purchase.

The Company sells digital educational materials related to: • Investing • Trading • Cryptocurrencies • Risk management • Financial education Products are delivered digitally, primarily as PDF files and other digital educational materials.

No investment advice

All educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The content does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The Company does not provide personalised investment recommendations and does not take into account the customer's individual financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. The customer is solely responsible for all investment decisions.

Risk warning

Investments in stocks, cryptocurrencies, currencies, commodities, derivatives, and other financial instruments involve risk. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. The customer acknowledges that all or part of the invested capital may be lost. The Company makes no guarantees regarding future returns, profits, or financial results.

Prices

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Example course levels: • Basic course: EUR 249 • Advanced course: EUR 499 • Premium course: EUR 999 The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time before purchase.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe and its available payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on the customer's country. A purchase is considered completed once payment has been approved.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery may occur through: • Download link • Email • Membership portal • Other digital delivery methods The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Right of withdrawal

For purchases of digital content delivered immediately, the customer expressly consents to delivery beginning immediately after payment has been completed. By providing this consent, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires once delivery of the digital content has begun. Consent is provided through a separate checkbox before completing the purchase.

Intellectual property rights

All course materials, PDF files, texts, models, educational materials, and other content belong to the Company and are protected by copyright laws. The customer may only use the material for personal use. Without the Company's written permission, it is prohibited to: • Copy the material • Distribute the material • Resell the material • Publish the material • Share the material with third parties

Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the customer's use of the educational materials. The Company is not responsible for investment results or financial decisions made by the customer.

Complaints

If the customer believes there is an error in the delivery, the Company must be contacted within a reasonable period after the issue is discovered. Complaints should be sent to support@apexdigitallearning.se.

Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR) and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Force majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the customer and the Company.
